If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent. 

Data Storage

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for the subsequent contract processing, the web shop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner within the framework of cookies, as well as name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card number, along with other data provided by the invoice recipient.

Furthermore, for the purpose of contract processing, personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) of the service recipient is stored. The data you provide is necessary for contract fulfillment or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations, and to data service providers who ensure the operation of our database, our IT, and newsletter system. We have concluded a contract for order data processing with these parties in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

After the purchase process is aborted, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years).

Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies or storage. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do no harm.
